| The first ever edition of the KO Propo
Mini-Z Grand Prix was organized by Binh Do of Inside
Line Racing in Santa Clara, CA. The event was huge with
close to 70 racers and over 100 entries split up into
6 different racing categories. Among the clases disputed,
there was Expert Stock, Sportman Stock, Mini Sport,
AWD Modified, 2WD Modified and Formula 1.
The competition was intense! Many of the established
"fast" Mini-Z drivers came from as far as
New York City to participate in the event. The Grand
Prix also featured many fast larger scale racers, including
the legendary Joel "Magic Man" Johnson and
current ROAR 1/8th scale nitro on-road national champion
Scott Kimbrow.
Reflex was in attendance with 4 of their US aces, and
we did not dissapoint, bringing in the victory in 4
out of the 5 classes we participated in. Many have doubted
the legitimacy of our racing scene, stating that we
race "toy cars" and that no "big names"
participate in our events. Well, ladies and gentlemen
Mini-Z Racing has arrived! With Mini-Z only pilots winning
every racing category, the proof is in the pudding!
We are fast drivers guys! Congrats to all the participants,
organizers and race winners.

Instead of going into specifics of the
race, this time I am just posting results and a ton

The racing was intense, hyper competitive and extremely
well organized.
